1. 報價及付款

報價自發出日起 30 日內有效。客戶確認須由授權代表簽署並加蓋公司印章，付款方式如下：訂金50% / 餘款50%（訂金 50%，餘款於活動前 7 日付清）；月結30日（活動後 30 日內憑發票全數付款）；預付100%（活動前支付全數）。如客戶未能提供公司印章，須採用「預付100%」，於活動前支付全數（100%）費用。

2. 取消及改期

報價單一經簽回確認，所有活動安排即告落實。活動前取消或更改任何安排（包括日期、時間、地點、活動項目或參加人數），收費如下：活動前 14 日或之前，收取總額 30% 行政費；活動前 7–13 日，收取 50%；活動前 7 日內，收取 100%。已付款項扣除上述費用後退回。如屬特殊或特別申請，可另行商議。如因不可抗力（包括但不限於八號或以上颱風信號、黑色暴雨警告、政府指令、疫症、天災等）導致活動無法如期進行，雙方可另行商議改期；已付款項可保留作一年內使用。

3. 服務範圍及不包括項目

費用包括器材、導師（比例 1:20）及活動執行。不包括場地租金、Delivery Charge 器材運輸費（另行報價）及額外消耗品。超出預訂時段，每 30 分鐘（不足 30 分鐘亦作 30 分鐘計）收取 HK$800。

4. 場地及安全

客戶負責場地使用權、所需許可及場地適用性。Teamify 保留因安全理由調整或終止任何活動的權利。所有參加者必須遵從 Teamify 導師的安全指示。

5. 健康及參與

參加者如有心血管疾病、懷孕、行動不便或慢性疾病，須於活動前以書面申報。如未申報相關健康狀況，Teamify 概不承擔任何醫療責任。Teamify 可根據現場觀察之體能狀況限制參與。

6. 器材及保險

因參加者誤用或疏忽導致器材損壞或遺失，須按重置成本賠償。參加者之個人意外及短期／單次活動保險由客戶自行負責，或由 Teamify 代為購買（須於活動前告知）。

7. 攝影及私隱

Teamify 可於活動期間拍照或錄影，作記錄及宣傳用途。如客戶不想被拍攝或錄影，只須通知我們即可。

8. 責任及適用法律

Teamify 之總責任不超過已支付之活動費用總額，並不包括間接或衍生的損失。本條款及任何由此產生之協議，均受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

1. Quotation & Payment

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Confirmation must be signed by an authorised representative and stamped with the Client’s company chop. Payment options are: 50% Deposit / 50% Balance (訂金50% / 餘款50%) — 50% deposit with the balance payable 7 days before the event; 30-Day Invoice (月結30日) — full payment within 30 days after the event upon invoice; Full Prepayment (預付100%) — full payment before the event. If the Client is unable to provide a company chop, the Full Prepayment option (預付100%) applies and the full fee must be paid before the event.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Once the quotation is signed and confirmed, all arrangements are finalised. Cancellation or any change to the arrangements before the event (including date, time, venue, activities or number of participants) is charged as follows: 30% of the total event fee for notice given 14 days or more before the event; 50% for notice given 7–13 days before; and 100% for notice given less than 7 days before. Any amount already paid will be refunded after deducting the applicable charge. Special requests or exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Where force majeure (including but not limited to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, government orders, epidemics or natural disasters) prevents the event from taking place, the event may be rescheduled by mutual agreement and any amount paid may be retained for use within one year.

3. Scope & Exclusions

Fees include equipment, instructors (ratio 1:20) and event execution. Fees exclude venue rental, Delivery Charge (quoted separately) and additional consumables. Overtime beyond the booked duration is charged at HK$800 per 30 minutes or part thereof.

4. Venue & Safety

The Client is responsible for venue access, permits and suitability. Teamify reserves the right to modify or terminate any activity for safety reasons. All participants must follow the safety instructions of Teamify instructors.

5. Health & Participation

Participants with cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, mobility limitations or chronic illness must declare these in writing before the event. Failure to declare relevant health conditions releases Teamify from all medical liability. Teamify may restrict participation based on observed fitness levels.

6. Equipment & Insurance

Equipment lost or damaged through misuse or negligence by participants is charged at replacement cost. Participant personal accident and short-term or single-event insurance is the responsibility of the Client, or may be arranged by Teamify upon request (with prior notice before the event).

7. Photography & Privacy

Teamify may photograph or film the event for documentation and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, simply let us know.

8. Liability & Governing Law

Teamify’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the event and excludes indirect or consequential loss. These terms and any resulting agreement are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
